“ I have been here 3 times and keep forgetting to take pictures for a review. I keep getting to my location and just instantly wanting to eat it. They have a vast selection of drink options in comparison with the current market location. Everyone is doing lemonades lately so its nice to have some refreshing options that aren't strictly lemon based, though lemonade is still an option. The employees are extremely nice, and the food has been wonderfull each time. The quinoa has been a bit stale but the rice is wonderfuly flavored. The brown rice is better than I'm able to make at home. To be fair I have been showing up a bit late so I'd order the quinoa closer to their opening time if I were to order it again. The meat has been expertly cooked with an amazing flavor worthy of the upcharge for the options they provide. This is the first location in a long while that I've been wanting to return to since day 1. The bread. My glob the bread is amazing. The home made chips are crispy in an expensive buttered toast kind of way with a chewy fluffy inside. The pita bread itself is soft but sturdy with a smooth flavor that balances well with any filling or by itself. I understand why people order just the bread as it's durable and delectable. I truly wish they had these locations near my hometown because it is absolutely lovely. The dip options are also exceptionally crafted amongst their variety. With so much variety, I expected some delay between quality and quantity but they are certainly not lacking in either. I absolutely adore this location and would recommend it to anyone willing to try something new. ”

“ WOW. Never have I had this kind of customer service and attention to detail in a restaurant. David was one of the kindest managers I have ever met (I believe he is a manager) they were all so kind and accommodating and the food was great. I am amazed at this team, but with a great leader comes a great team. I still can’t get over how great of service I received. Headquarters should be notified of the greatness of this team. True leadership and true servant hearts here ”

“ The food is healthy, portioned well, and absolutely delicious! The line was long when we got there but we got up to order in less than 5 minutes. The workers were very friendly and efficient. I will definitely be coming again. ”

“ Came in on a Saturday about an hour before close, got 2 bowls. Staff were incredibly rude to us and other guests and just seemed irrationally angry, bought a drink cup and they had already pulled the teas and sodas off the counter. I understand the attitude if we came in like 20 minutes before closing, but an hour? ”

“ What would I do without Cava? This place has kept me fed so many days when I wanted a healthy, delicious, convenient and affordable meal. Not to mention, my bowls, which cost around $18-20 (lamb, falafel, veg, rice, lentil, toppings) feed me for two meals. So I usually get dinner and then lunch for work the next day. The workers are usually always nice and helpful, I’ve even had some funny interactions with some of them. And it’s just good, real, seasoned food. I’m so thankful. Cava, chipotle and sushi are my go to food options for eating out. And cava has been my #1 since I discovered it. I usually always take pics too because the colors are so appealing ”

“ I went to Cava for the first time because all my cousins were raving about it. I tried it, I like it and went back the next day for dinner. I only gave it a 4 star because the second time my pita bread was oily, which was disappointing. Other than that I enjoyed my food. ”

“ I want to start by saying I have had a lot of great experiences at this restaurant and this review is by no means indicative of the overall norm. Just got my order (pictured below) and realized there was an issue. I tried to call to avoid making this public, but their phone option does not let you talk to a person and because I've seen enough issues to mention and feel that I may deserve a partial refund, i felt it necessary to leave a review. That said, the majority of the time, the food is perfect, if we order in store (this is key). Something Ive noticed with online orders, is that if you pick the free pita option, it is never added. Not trying to exaggerate because weve tried it 3 times and it was not included all 3 times. This time, however, I ordered the "paid for" pita and it did come so maybe that is the trick, but the item is a bit misleading if this was the solution. This time, they also half filled all of our dressings for some reason. We get them on the side to get enough for the entire meal and half filled is not enough at all. Lastly, but most importantly, I just ordered a bowl and the kalamata olives are arguably one of the best parts and I checked my order before I left, but I didnt think to check for the olives inSIDE the bowl because everything else looked good, even the highly coveted pita bread. But I drove 20 minutes home and about cried when i realized the olives werent in there because I cant even imagine the look on their face when i say, you forgot my olives after driving another 20 minutes back. Dramatic, i know, but Cava's food is absolutely amazing when made to order correctly. The portions are great (if you order in store, not so much online or at the winter park location entirely). We asked for plasticware and that wasnt inclided. My girlfriend was missing 4 of her toppings a different time and the toppings are downright delicious, so we really enjoy the orders where our food just isnt "diluted" and missing that amazing and FULL Cava flavor. I will absolutely keep coming back, but am somewhat forced to go over my order with an even finer tooth comb before leaving, now. I hope management helps staff better catch these fairly often missing items and really, as a team, aims to hit all of the marks that made me, and im sure countless others fall in love with this restaurant to begin with. I always try to thank the staff as well because this food.... it just does something to me. Thank you, Cava, I forgive you, but please give me the things I order. PLEASE!!! ”
